*Membership Agreement between Alpha Enterprises Inc and Consumer*

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] between Alpha Enterprises Inc ("Alpha Enterprises" or "we") and the undersigned consumer ("Consumer" or "you"). By entering into this Agreement, Consumer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

*1. Membership Fee:*
   - Consumer agrees to pay a monthly membership fee of $19.95 USD to Alpha Enterprises Inc. This fee will grant Consumer access to educational resources, information, and guidance related to buying, selling, and trading cryptocurrencies.

 

*2. Educational Purpose:*
   - Alpha Enterprises Inc provides educational materials and information for informational and educational purposes only. Consumer acknowledges that the information and guidance provided are not to be considered financial or investment advice. It is imperative that Consumer conducts independent research and makes informed decisions when dealing with cryptocurrencies.

 

*3. No Liability:*
   - Alpha Enterprises Inc does not assume any liability for the actions or decisions made by Consumer in the cryptocurrency market. Any losses or gains incurred by Consumer as a result of their cryptocurrency transactions are the sole responsibility of Consumer.

 

*4. Termination:*
   - This membership agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. Alpha Enterprises Inc reserves the right to terminate the agreement and access to its educational resources at its discretion.

 

*5. Confidentiality:*
   - Any information or materials provided by Alpha Enterprises Inc are for the exclusive use of the Consumer and should not be shared or disclosed to any third party without written consent.

By paying the $19.95 USD monthly you will be agreeing to Alpha Enterprises INC Terms and condtions, Consumer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Alpha Enterprises Inc likewise agrees to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
